Job Overview
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our products are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently during our peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and freight efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and reports.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
