Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and organization.
- Load and Unload Freight: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secure and free of damage.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
