Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend inventory management and fulfillment operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Monitor and optimize weekend logistics workflows using proprietary software
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service quality standards
- Generate performance reports for leadership review
- Train and mentor weekend staff on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during weekend operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience with weekend or shift-based work environments
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- OSHA certification a plus
