Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory within the warehouse ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Execute loading and unloading procedures for inbound and outbound freight.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to log transactions and updates.
- Perform quality control checks on shipments before they leave the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the lead supervisor to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
