Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and quality control.
- Coordinate with shift leads to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform safety checks and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
