The Role
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will work closely with a team of professionals who value hard work and integrity. Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and containers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning and tagging packages.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure easy accessibility and safety compliance.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse area to meet OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Report damaged goods or equipment immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Valid forklift certification (will train if no certification exists).
