Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage inventory accuracy, conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the full-time team to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with OSHA safety standards.
- Resolve minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to the Shift Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York facility.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
