As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly, serving clients across Indianapolis and Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks on shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and meet tight weekend deadlines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) proficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
