Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment, during weekend shifts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15+ associates, ensuring high productivity and morale.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize workflow processes and reduce downtime.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Forklift certification and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
