Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with team leads to maintain inventory and operational standards.
- Monitor store or facility performance metrics and report findings.
- Train and mentor new staff members on weekend protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation (for on-site roles).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
