Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and process transactions with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and answering product inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing stockrooms.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily operational goals and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore location.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
