Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and staff supervision during weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct weekly stock counts to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalations efficiently to maximize conversion rates.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate weekend team members to drive performance and retention.
- Handle cash handling, deposits, and end-of-day reconciliation with strict accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in full compliance with company standards.
- Implement merchandising strategies to boost weekend sales and visual appeal.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail or operations management experience.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and loss prevention protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday consistently.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak holiday seasons and special events.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
