Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization standards to maximize product visibility.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Perform routine cleaning and facility maintenance duties to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and sales systems.
