Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily weekend logistics operations across 3 fulfillment centers
- Manage team of 8-10 associates, ensuring optimal shift coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests
- Resolve operational escalations with minimal downtime
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
- Train new weekend staff on company protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in shift management or logistics coordination
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-6PM)
- OSHA safety certification preferred
