Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend distribution activities across 3 fulfillment centers
- Manage team of 8-10 weekend associates with performance tracking
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with SLA adherence
- Conduct weekend safety compliance audits
- Generate weekly performance analytics reports
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years logistics/supply chain management experience
- Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving under pressure
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday emergencies
