Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise weekend staff rotations across multiple departments
- Ensure seamless patient care and service delivery during weekend hours
- Implement weekend-specific operational protocols and emergency procedures
- Conduct weekend staff training and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Prepare detailed weekend activity reports for leadership review
- Foster positive team culture through weekend team-building activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare or service coordination
- Proven ability to manage weekend shift schedules and staff
- CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication abilities for inter-departmental coordination
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work, Deputy)
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating weekdays off
- Valid California driver's license for occasional facility travel
