Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations ensuring timely deliveries and inventory management
- Lead a team of 5-7 weekend associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Monitor supply chain systems to resolve disruptions and optimize routes
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity
- Generate weekend performance reports and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Manage weekend customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics or operations management
- Proven leadership experience in shift-based environments
