Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Execute quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Facilitate real-time communication between warehouse teams and distribution partners
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to weekday supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification provided)
- Document operational metrics and prepare shift handover reports
- Support cross-functional teams with weekend-specific projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 6 PM)
