Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics or retail
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety protocols
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
