Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including route planning and team scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse activities during weekend shifts
- Lead a team of 5-7 weekend staff members, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all weekend operations
- Communicate effectively with weekday teams to maintain operational continuity
- Resolve logistical challenges and implement process improvements
- Generate weekend performance reports and present to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or operations coordination
- Proven ability to manage teams in weekend/holiday environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
