Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation using WMS systems
- Oversee loading/unloading of freight and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Supplement staff scheduling and address real-time operational challenges
- Generate shift reports and communicate handover information to weekday teams
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and conduct safety audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year logistics/warehouse experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun required)
- Basic forklift certification preferred
