Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ staff members during weekend shifts
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for weekend operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical problems to leadership
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Proven leadership experience supervising teams during non-standard shifts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and inventory software
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification required
