Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in warehouse environments
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all shift operations
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows for seamless shift transitions
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality checks
- Document operational activities using digital tracking systems
- Respond to urgent operational requests with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to Nicollet Mall facility
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
