Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Ensure patient safety and infection control standards
- Mentor new team members during weekend coverage
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN or LVN license required
- 2+ years acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Exceptional weekend availability and flexibility
