Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support on assigned weekends.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervisor.
- Administer medications as per the care plan and under supervision.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Valid CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
