Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina RN or LPN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
