Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night/weekend shifts, including mobility assistance and vital monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred)
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
