Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling for weekend operations
- Assist with patient intake, registration, and insurance verification
- Support clinical staff with administrative tasks and documentation
- Manage patient inquiries via phone and in-person during weekend hours
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidential patient records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care delivery
- Prepare weekend shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
