Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of floor staff, conducting daily briefings and shift reports.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics for weekend deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to regional management.
- Train new hires on weekend-specific procedures and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or shift management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
