- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Train and mentor 8-12 retail associates on product knowledge and service standards
- Implement visual merchandising plans and promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and process shipments/receiving
- Generate weekend sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/supervisory experience required
- Proven weekend shift leadership in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover extended weekend hours (6am-11pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
