Responsibilities
- Lead weekend team members to ensure outstanding customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and cash handling
- Train and mentor new staff on company policies and best practices
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Maintain store safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Prepare end-of-day reports and submit accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during peak weekend hours
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
