Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations across 2-3 retail locations
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure optimal coverage
- Train and mentor weekend team members on product knowledge
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment processes
- Execute weekend promotional campaigns and visual merchandising
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-6PM)
- Proficient in scheduling software and inventory systems
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
