Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend retail teams during peak hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail supervisory experience
- Availability to work all Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in POS systems and retail software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license required
