Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure optimal store performance
- Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 retail associates
- Implement inventory control and loss prevention procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and elevate service standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
- Generate weekly performance reports and action plans
- Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail/supervisory experience
- Proven ability to work weekends and holidays
