Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend team of 15-20 associates
- Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with weekday teams
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize workflows
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare operational reports
- Resolve escalated customer service issues promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory systems
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
