Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 weekend staff across warehouse and distribution operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate inventory management and logistics scheduling
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain operational documentation
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues during weekend shifts
- Train new weekend team members on company systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proven ability to manage weekend shift operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
