Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming stock and inventory with high accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before storage or shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to meet daily targets and operational goals.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate digital records of stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding order status and product availability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
