Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Lead and mentor 5-8 part-time staff during peak weekend shifts
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional campaigns to drive weekend sales
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service standards
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement action plans
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
