Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 team members during weekend peak hours

- Conduct opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Train new staff on product knowledge and service standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality experience required

- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-10pm)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexibility to cover additional weekday shifts if needed
