Responsibilities
- Lead 8-10 person weekend teams with focus on customer experience
- Execute inventory management and merchandising plans
- Handle daily cash operations and reconciliation
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism
- Train new weekend associates on store protocols
- Monitor store safety and security standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality management experience
- Availability for all Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-10PM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic financial reconciliation experience
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for supply runs)
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25lbs
