Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Implement and execute promotional campaigns during peak weekend shopping periods
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Collaborate with weekday management teams for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
