Responsibilities

- Resolve logistical challenges and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (4:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
