Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy focused on the trends defining the 2026 workplace (e.g., AI integration, gig economy management).
- SEO & Brand Authority: Oversee the recruitment SEO strategy to increase organic traffic to our careers page and establish us as a thought leader in the future of work.
- Pipeline Development: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including deep-dive social media mining and AI-driven candidate matching, to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
- Process Automation: Partner with engineering to implement and optimize automated screening processes and chatbots, improving efficiency without losing the human touch.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to translate business goals into compelling recruitment narratives and employer value propositions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) using data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a demonstrated ability to leverage SEO principles to enhance job board visibility.
- Futurism: A deep understanding of emerging workplace trends, including AI, automation, and remote collaboration tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage top-tier talent and senior leadership.
