- Lead immersive recruitment experiences using VR/AR and neural interface simulations
- Architect neuro-diversity hiring programs targeting cognitive pattern recognition specialists
- Partner with C-suite to forecast 5-year skill evolution and build agile workforce models
- Implement blockchain-verified credential verification systems for 2026 workforce
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting with proven success in emerging tech sectors
