Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including software engineering, data science, and product management.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate personas.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and optimize recruiting workflows.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stacks (React, Node.js, Python, AWS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
