Key Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical milestones and architectural standards for upcoming AI product releases.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish governance frameworks and bias-detection mechanisms to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and security teams to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine model latency and throughput to meet real-time processing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
