Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture for projects targeting the 2026 roadmap, ensuring longevity and adaptability.
- Strategic Vision Execution: Translate high-level business goals into concrete technical strategies, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional growth within the engineering department.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (such as AI-driven automation, Edge computing, and quantum-resistant cryptography) into our core stack.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI/LLM integration and future-proof data architecture is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
