Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging trends.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototypes for disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot new technologies and integrate them into existing infrastructures.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and manage partnerships with key technology providers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, AI Strategy, or Advanced Engineering.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, particularly in the AI/ML domain.
- Strong track record of leading digital transformation initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
