Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing or distributed ledger technologies
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical implications
