Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of next-generation software solutions with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and POCs for disruptive technologies to determine their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Collaborate with product management and executive stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure robust security and compliance standards across all new and legacy systems.
- Stay abreast of global tech shifts to provide strategic guidance on digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science principles.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
